How long does delivery take?

Configurations listed above are in stock and ready within 4 hours. Custom builds take 2–5 business days.

What happens if hardware fails?

We replace the failed part within 2 hours at no cost. Spare parts for every listed configuration are kept on site.

Can I install my own OS?

Yes. Mount any ISO through the remote console, or pick one of our templates for an automatic install.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Standard configurations are billed monthly. Custom builds may require a 3-month minimum.
