Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the website nexorasystems-ai.com and the services of Nexora Technologies LLC (“Nexora”, “we”). By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.
1. Services
We provide infrastructure services: virtual and dedicated servers, GPU servers, colocation, storage, hosting, network and security services, and IT support. The specifications of each plan are listed on its page. A service is considered provided from the moment access details are sent to you.
2. Account
You must give accurate contact details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all actions taken in your account. Tell us at once at support@nexorasystems-ai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Orders
An order placed on the website is a request to provide services. After receiving it we check availability, confirm the configuration with you and send an invoice. The agreement for the ordered services is concluded when you pay the invoice. Prices on the website are shown without VAT and may change; the price in a paid invoice does not change for the paid period.
4. Billing periods
Services are paid in advance for a month or a year. Yearly payment includes a discount shown on the website. Unless you cancel, services renew for the same period at the current price; we send an invoice before the period ends.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to send spam, distribute malware, attack other networks, host illegal content or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend a service that is used for such purposes, or that endangers our network, and will tell you why. Abuse reports go to abuse@nexorasystems-ai.com.
6. Availability and credits
We aim for 99.98% availability of power and network. If availability in a month falls below this level for reasons on our side, you receive a credit for the next period in proportion to the downtime, up to the monthly price of the affected service. Planned maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance is not counted as downtime.
7. Your data
You own the data you place on our services. We do not access it except at your request or when the law requires us to. Unless you ordered a backup service, you are responsible for keeping copies of your data.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel a service at any time in your account or by writing to us. Unused full months of a monthly service are refunded on request. Yearly payments are refunded for unused full months, minus the yearly discount already received. We may terminate services if these terms are seriously breached.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Nexora Technologies LLC is registered. We will try to resolve any dispute by negotiation first; otherwise it will be settled by the competent court at our registered address.
