This policy explains what personal data Nexora Technologies LLC (“we”) collects through nexorasystems-ai.com, why, and what rights you have. Questions go to privacy@nexorasystems-ai.com.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), company, phone, language and currency preferences.
- Order and contact data: contact details, preferred contact channel, comments and the contents of your orders and messages.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the time of requests, kept in server logs and used to protect the site.
We do not collect payment card data on this website.
3. Why we use it
- To create and run your account and to process orders (performance of a contract).
- To contact you about orders and service requests through the channel you chose.
- To send service emails: address confirmation, password reset, order notices.
- To protect the site against abuse, for example by limiting login attempts (legitimate interest).
- To meet accounting and other legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work: nxsid keeps your session, cart and login; nx_cur remembers the selected currency. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
5. Who receives the data
Our employees and contractors who process orders and provide support, the data center and hosting providers that run our systems, and the email provider that delivers our messages. Each of them may use the data only to provide services to us. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data — while the account exists and up to 3 years after it is deleted.
- Orders and invoices — for the period required by accounting law.
- Contact form messages — up to 1 year after the request is closed.
- Server logs — up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or hand it over in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Most account data can be changed in your profile. For anything else write to privacy@nexorasystems-ai.com; we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority.
8. Security
Connections to the site are encrypted, passwords are stored as hashes, links in emails expire and work only once, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page; we will email account holders about material changes.
